Legado de Ravel is a $23 million mixed-use residential and commercial development in Downtown Sacramento and represents the final housing project funded by the Capitol Area Development Authority (CADA) through Sacramento's Redevelopment Program. Designed by Wing Lee, the market-rate development comprises two complementary buildings occupying adjacent corner sites at 16th and O Streets. Inspired by Spanish Revival architecture, the project was well received by the surrounding neighborhoods for its contextual design and meaningful contribution to the revitalization of the district.

The development consists of two distinct residential buildings. The five-story structure features ground-level parking beneath a lightly reinforced cast-in-place concrete podium supporting four stories of wood-framed residential construction. The adjacent four-story structure incorporates ground-level parking below a CMU podium supporting three stories of wood-framed apartments above. Both buildings are founded on improved soils utilizing Geopiers (rammed aggregate piers), providing an efficient and resilient foundation system tailored to the site's geotechnical conditions.

Designed to complement Sacramento's historic urban fabric while providing contemporary living environments, the luxury Spanish-style flats offer residents a vibrant urban lifestyle within walking distance of fine dining, neighborhood parks, entertainment venues, and California's State Capitol. The project contributes to the continued transformation of Downtown Sacramento into a dynamic, walkable mixed-use community.
