Wing Lee served as Design Director for the new CSDA Design Group office renovation in San Francisco's financial district, leading the workplace test fit, conceptual design, project scheduling, and the procurement of furniture and equipment. As part of the relocation, Wing Lee also directed a comprehensive branding initiative, including the design of the firm's letterhead, website, title blocks, and other graphic standards to establish a cohesive visual identity.

The office is organized around an open studio that serves as the collaborative heart of the workplace, encouraging design dialogue, creativity, and teamwork. Strategically placed huddle rooms, informal meeting areas, and a kitchenette lounge provide a variety of settings for focused work and spontaneous collaboration. The design carefully balances opportunities for team interaction with the need for privacy, creating a flexible and dynamic work environment while embracing an open-office philosophy.
