As the Architect of Record, Wing Lee Architects led the programming, interior test-fit studies, and building permit application for Free Flow Wines' expansion in Sonoma County. The facility was designed to support specialized production operations, including tank storage, canning and kegging lines, a quality control laboratory, and administrative offices. In addition to coordinating the structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, Wing Lee Architects managed the integration of specialized consultants for refrigeration systems, process equipment, and catwalk and tank design, ensuring a highly efficient and coordinated production environment.
